Create a Yongo Username
Get started by creating your own Yongo account and username. Then create and name your community or organization in the Yongo Expert Hub. This is the primary platform where Community Experts and Team Leads create, compile, edit, manage, and publish their learning content - or manage and moderate their community members and comments. You have utmost control to manage, moderate, accept/remove/assign members roles in your community, as well as manage payment plans, in the Expert Hub.

Create a Community and Publish  
As a Community Expert, you can choose if you want your community to be public or private. Public communities are great for creators that are willing to share their skill to anyone that grow their base, and it's FREE! Private communities are perfect for professionals, companies and organizations that have proprietary learning materials and information exclusively for their worker members. Private communities get more tools, features, security and support to facilitate skill training across all of their members for just $36 per member (per year).  

Create Your Learning Content
Once you've published your community type (public/private), as an Expert / Team Lead, the next step is to create Learning Pathways. These are the equivalent of programs (knowledge areas) that allow you to break information further to small Learning Bites (i.e.: adapatable courses)—but in Yongo, the difference is you don't create courses. Learning Bites can be in the form of training materials and job sitemanuals, inserted YouTube links, videos, photos, and live-streaming content that you can create or upload in the Expert Hub. (Note that not all features are available in public communities.)

Create Content Instantly with Nexxus AI
Yongo's Nexxus AI allows Experts and Team Leads to quickly create learning materials by auto-generating content about topics. Nexxus AI model contextualizes the subject matter your want to share with your community, and pulls explicit knowledge from known public sources and composes your materials right before your eyes. All you need to do is edit the text, and add images or YouTube links, to personalize your area of expertise. Nexxus AI also recognizes what your members are always consuming, and serves these types of format to individualize each and every member's capability and skill.

Add Instant Bites and Buzz in the Yongo App
Once you've setup your Learning Pathways, Learning Bites, Videos, and other Learning Materials in the Expert Hub, you can publish them, and your members will instantly see them in their Yongo App. Want to quickly show or demo a particular skillset? Want to create a "Buzz" and message the community or chat with individuals before a shift begins? You can easily do these - and more - in the Yongo App.    

Create a Yongo Username from the Yongo App
Get started by creating your own Yongo account and username in the Yongo App. Once you have your member account setup. If you're receiving an invite from your own private community, click on the link from your email to download the Yongo App, and create your own Yongo account and username.

Join a Community and Start Learning
As a Community Member, you can see the Learning Pathways, Bites, Videos, and Buzz (messages) created by Experts and Team Leads for free. Learn a new skill on your own pace, and consume materials from your Yongo App on your own time. Learn interactively from other members as well in the Buzz feature in the Yongo App: a message board where everyone in the community can post questions and chime in. Post multi-media images in the Buzz, react with emojis, share links, and keep the buzz going! Community Experts and Team Leads can also invite you to Livestream Classes, and you can purchase their private learning materials straight from the Yongo App. And you can always chat privately with your Expert for 1-on-1 help (fees may apply). As a Community Member of a private community, all features and learning are free for you to use!
